I love my French Press because it is easy to use and easy to clean up.
It fits nicely on the counter and it's fun to use. It's amusing watching the coffee grounds or Rasa blend float around before getting pressed.
Something went wrong ????
I did not receive what I thought I was ordering, which was a copper colored French press, not a stainless steel one. On the day, May 25, 2021, I charged my credit card twice for purchases from you: $147.00 and $16.00 for a total of $163.00. The charges were for RASA teas and a French press. Throughout your website, the French press, even today, is mostly shown as a copper colored one. I thought at the time I bought it, that it was shown on your website for sale as a copper colored press and not s.s.. I attempted to get some relief from RASA to no avail. I was told it was advertised as stainless on the website. I looked again and sure enough it was indeed shown for sale as S.S.. I’m an architect and thus very visual and picky about color, etc., so it’s hard for me to grok how I could have made such a mistake. Perhaps I did. Was your website updated and changed after my purchase from copper colored to S.S.? I don’t have access to what your website looked like when I made the purchase. Your company response to my plight was less than I expected, since you seem to be a relationship based company. What would Lopa say? I would have hoped RASA would have said ship it back and we’ll issue you credit for the press which could be applied to future purchases of RASA teas. I was ignored. The situation leaves me unsettled as to what to do. I don’t like the way I was treated. I would like to report back to the colonics therapist I use, at Asheville Colonics, that the company, RASA, that she recommended, treated me well, as a relationship based company would do. I wanted to actually speak to a live RASA representative, and there seems to be no way to do this on the RASA website.
