been a matcha drinker for years, was a purist, but honestly this tastes the exact same as pure high quality matcha you'd get at the store, doesn't require sifting, and is just sooooo ever so slightly sweet that you don't NEED a sweetener but you can still add some if you like. plus the adaptogens of course. love!!
