Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, you must ask nicely 😉 and present a receipt or proof of purchase (check your emails for the order confirmation).
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we would be so grateful if you could share Rasa with a friend who may love it.
To return your product, please visit our return portal. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. We encourage you to reuse the same box you received your Rasa in. While we do use trackable postage, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Used brewing equipment and mugs
- If you purchased Rasa from a physical store, please contact the retailer directly.
Please only send your purchase back to the Rasa Casa AFTER you’ve applied for a refund. If you want to return a product from a different company that we are retailing, do not return the product to the manufacturer.
We only offer refunds for 8oz bags of Rasa. Starter Packs are not applicable for refunds (but thank you so much for trying Rasa!)
We will notify you on whether your refund was approved or not within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Time varies between 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card.
Late or missing refunds
It often takes 3-5 business days for refunds to show in your account. Please contact your credit card company or bank on when the refund will be posted – 9 times out of 10 the refund is in your bank's hands. If you’re not seeing a refund after 5 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
