Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return only Unopened Products back to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
If your item does not qualify for a return (including any opened bags of Rasa), please reach out to us at email@example.com for assistance.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we would be so grateful if you could share Rasa with a friend who may love it.
Eligible returns will be refunded to store credit.
To return your product, please visit our return portal. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. We encourage you to reuse the same box you received your Rasa in. While we do use trackable postage, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Opened product
- Used brewing equipment and mugs
- If you purchased Rasa from a physical store, please contact the retailer directly.
Please only send your purchase back to Rasa AFTER you’ve applied for a refund. If you want to return an unused product from a different company that we are retailing, do not return the product to the manufacturer.
STEP 1: REQUEST RMA NUMBER
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label.
STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS
- Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
- The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
- The RMA # must be clearly written on the shipment.
STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS
- Kindly drop off your return at the closest UPS location.
- We will notify you via email when the parcel has arrive at our facility.
Taster Packs (1oz) are not applicable for refunds (but thank you so much for trying Rasa!)
Opened food product or used brewing equipment will not be accepted.
If you have opened product that you are dissatisfied with, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be processed and store credit will be sent to the email on the original order, after the product has arrived back at our distribution center. Time varies between 3-5 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience.
Late or missing refunds
It often takes 3-5 business days from receipt at our facility for store credit to show in your email. If you’re not seeing a credit after 5 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email including photos of the packaging (including the shipping label) and the product to at firstname.lastname@example.org.
