Our Sample Packs are covered under our stress-free-30-day-money-back guarantee (we’re Rasa after all, we wouldn’t want to ADD stress). We hope you love your Rasa! But if are dissatisfied with your first sample pack purchase...first, have you tried at least a few of them? They all taste different so don’t knock them all if you don’t like the first one you tried! And second, be sure to add your favorite creamer, and sweetener if that’s your jam.

For subscriptions, you will receive an email notification 3 days before your order is processed. Please be sure to make any updates at that time before your order is confirmed. Once your subscription order is processed and you get a shipping confirmation email, it’s already in the works and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges (and cancelling your subscription at this point will apply to future orders, not the order that just processed!). We love you, but no take-backsies!

Due to the nature of our product, we won’t ask you to mail your Rasa back. If you did not enjoy the product (we’re not crying, you are!), we encourage you to share it with a friend who may like to try it (or a stressed out boss, #passiveagressigiftingforthewin). Who knows, it may just make their day.

Late or missing refunds

Due to the nature of the #internets and credit card processors, sometimes it can take up 3-5 business days for refunds or credits to arrive (what goes on in the cloud? We will never know). If you’re not seeing a credit posted after 5 days, please contact us at hey@wearerasa.com. In the meantime, we’ll be working on speeding up the internet (okay, we’re not actually doing that, we’re busy changing lives with herbs over here!).

Exchanges

If you receive a package that is damaged upon delivery, that’s a bummer, please send us an email with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the product to hey@wearerasa.com You know what they say—don’t cry over spilled Rasa (we’re still working on this ourselves, as we would 100% cry over spilled Rasa). And be sure to give your local postal carrier a big thank you regardless, they work hard!
