Please read the policy below before applying for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must ask nicely.
Rasa may offer a variety of additional products that are not eligible for return. Perishable goods (such as food), and used brewing equipment and mugs cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Fortunately, this should be pretty easy to find in your email since we are e-commerce.
If you purchased Rasa from a physical store, you must discuss the return with the retailer. Unfortunately, we cannot expect our retail store fronts to share our return policy.
Please do not send your purchase back to the Rasa Casa if you have not previously applied for a refund. If you want to return a product from a different company that we are retailing, do not return the product to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 1-2 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank or credit card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It often takes 3-5 business days to show in your account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at atyourservice@rasakoffee.
Rasa Samples (if applicable)
Only Rasa 8 oz bags are refundable. If you ordered a sample bundle, thank you for trying Rasa!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email at atyourservice@rasakoffee.
To return your product, please visit our return portal. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. We encourage you to reuse the same box you received your Rasa in. While we do use trackable postage, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
