Healthy Adaptogenic Latte Recipe


  • 1.5 cups of boiling filtered water
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite Rasa blend
  • 1 tbsp of coconut butter
  • 1 tsp of cardamom
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla bean powder
  • 2 scoops of collagen peptides or vegan collagen booster
  • 1-4 drops of stevia or maple syrup to taste


  1. Boil water
  2. Put your Rasa into a french press
  3. Pour water over & cover
  4. Let brew for 10-15 minutes
  5. Blend Rasa, coconut butter, collagen, cardamon & cinnamon until smooth

You can also add a tablespoon of ground coffee to your French Press for an extra boost.
