Warm & Cozy Healthy PSL: Pumpkin Spice Latte

HYGGE season is upon us! (Pronounced hue-guh.)

Hygge cannot be translated into one single word, it’s, in essence, the art of being able to create and enjoy the simple and cozy elements in life.

Here at Rasa we embrace this Danish cultural tradition fully and look to find ways to hygg-ify (yes, this is a word now!) our days. And what better treat than indulging in an afternoon Pumpkin Spice Latte?

Rasa Brighten-Your-Day Pumpkin Spice Latte

In a blender combine:

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • A smidge of sweetener (maple syrup, agave, stevia...)
  • MCT oil
  • Milk or milk substitute
  • 1.5 c brewed Rasa

Blend and sip slowly for ultimate satisfaction.
