Superfood Caffeine Free Gingerbread Latte

Superfood Gingerbread Latte

1 cup of Rasa

1 T of collagen peptides (optional)

1 T of vanilla ghee

1 T of blackstrap molasses

1 tsp of cinnamon + reishi + chaga + maca

1/2 tsp of nutmeg + ground ginger

1 T of full-fat coconut cream

Mix together the molasses and all the spices + adaptogens. Then pour in the herbal coffee and the full fat coconut milk along with the collagen peptides. Use a frother to make it frothy or pour into your blender.
