As a small token of my thanks, I recorded this short meditation for you as a way to resource yourself on this historically & emotionally complicated day.
Thanksgiving can be a time laden with expectation to feel gratitude, which may not always feel accessible to us—especially in 2020, amiright?
No matter how this year has been for you personally, it might be that gratitude is a little, ahem, further under the surface than usual.
This 8 minute mini-meditation is an easy gateway into the love and happiness that are inherent within, no matter your current mood.
So, whether you’re chillin’ alone, at an awkward family shindig, or crashing a Tday that isn’t your norm...you can pretend this little meditation is something you need to privately respond to (because your wellness is urgent). Go ahead, excuse yourself and take a moment...even if it means you’re gonna pop-a-squat on the bathroom floor of a friend’s house.
