Brewing Rasa is Easy!

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add water & Rasa to French press (1 tbsp per 8 oz of water)*
  3. Wait 10-15 mins...or instead of just waiting there, because “a watched Rasa never brews,“ you can:

Part time night worker, full time Mama of 2, (4yrs& >1) Daddy is on 12hr nights. Needless to say energy is in short supply. Only a week in to my Rasa Rituals, but the calm has started. I’m down to less than 1 cup of coffee a day. No crash, no more wired after kids are asleep for the night. Starting to fall asleep with ease. (I have both BOLD & CALM)

If there is more to come with consistency, that is awesome. But I’m happy with the little adjustment I see… I enjoy having a cup of something rather than another supplement. It helps bring the intention. Vs just chugging down another horse pill. I always wonder about placebo effect, but I’m confident that with Rasa, it’s more. It’s effective.
