Beautiful but not a great functional design

First one I received had a missing part, but I got a replacement fairly quickly and customer service was great. The lid doesn’t fully lock/fit in place so it moves around as you serve. The handle is also pretty awkward due to the weight of the French press. It’s a beautiful visual design and almost there with function but not quite.

It only works with rasa but I don't understand how it works.

Nice and handy for simple coffee.

Beautiful, Functional, Hand Wash Only

This French press is beautiful and the markings on the side are really convenient. Despite the fact that there is a small hole where the pour spout is, it keeps the tea quite hot and the strainer keeps things very clean. Minus one star because items that are hand wash only don’t tend to last long in my house with kids, so we’ll see how it holds up.
