This Spirulina Herbal Latte is a spin off on our daily go-to vegan latte. Cacao Rasa brings in the chocolate flavor, while Spirulina gives a salty contrast & antioxidant boost. Coconut cream adds creaminess cause we like it phatty, stevia and vanilla bean powder lend a hint of sweetness. You can also add collagen to promote healthy hair and nails!
- 1 cup of brewed Cacao Rasa
- 1-2 tbsp of coconut cream (or any other phatty base like coconut butter or ghee)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of vanilla bean powder
- 2 scoops of collagen (optional)
- 1-4 drops of vanilla stevia or more to taste OR 1-2 pitted dates
- 1 tsp of spirulina
- Brew Cacao Rasa for 10-15 minutes
- Blend Rasa with all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
- Drink hot or pour over ice.
