I cannot get over how much of a difference I feel after just 2 weeks of Rasa... I have 2 little ones and my sleep is interrupted nightly. So the tiredness is still there... BUT I drink Rasa and feel a calm over my body and yet CONSISTENT energy support/focus through the day. No crashing, no jitters if I don't drink it until the afternoon, no tummy ache. All the stuff I hated about drinking coffee, gone. And actually I like the taste of this BETTER than coffee. I also love that it's clean and organic. I wonder how awful the conventional coffee we drink actually is (even if just for a treat out).. the mold, the glyphosate, the cortisol abuse. Rasa has changed everything for me. I am a nursing mama and my supply has been great, no dip or any weird reactions from baby. If you're interested in TMI.. I also believe my bowel movements have improved and I just got my period and those symptoms also improved to the point where I almost feel like I'm not even on my period. Now.. I have don't a lot of work up until this point to heal from estrogen dominance, rough menstrual cycles and leaky gut. But it just proves that if you are working to heal but your nervous system is out of wack (aka.. cortisol abuse from drinking conventional or even organic coffee).. then you might be halting further healing your body could be capable of. SO THANKFUL FOR RASA!! Forever convert!

I will never drink regular coffee again. I feel fucking incredible. Just buy it. Seriously.

Dirty has been my go to alternative for a number of years now. I notice a difference in my energy levels and gut if I go too long without it or even have too much “regular coffee”. I still like mixing things in to liven up the taste, and I do love the smell of a freshly opened bag!
