Broken carafe

It’s been weeks & I haven’t had a replacement, return tag or refund for the broken carafe. It was poorly wrapped, not surprised the glass cracked. Customer service needs to be responsive & responsible. Please make it right!!

Beautiful

Beautiful French press; I love using this and really love that there’s no plastic 💚

Beautiful but not a great functional design

First one I received had a missing part, but I got a replacement fairly quickly and customer service was great. The lid doesn’t fully lock/fit in place so it moves around as you serve. The handle is also pretty awkward due to the weight of the French press. It’s a beautiful visual design and almost there with function but not quite.

It only works with rasa but I don't understand how it works.

Nice and handy for simple coffee.
