Love my new Rasa French Press. It’s so pretty

Beautiful and sturdy. I’ve been using this every single day for Rasa coffee and loose leaf teas. The large size really encourages liquid intake and this is so beautiful… using it makes me happy!

Item is damaged. Contacted Customer service for a replacement or refund but the rep, Cheri wasn’t helpful and unresponsive to the hazardous material sticking out of the strainer that has cut into my fingers and while brewing can cause leakage/ingest metal material. She responded back stating that all their French press is like the photo I sent of damaged area, they closed the case without being responsible. This is a hazard I wouldn’t purchase from them again for negligence and poor customer service.

Omg can’t wait to use this beautiful thing. I haven’t spent $30 for a coffee or teapot in a while. But this is beautifully made. No complaints.
